Everyone goes about it differently, but the best route is by getting an apprenticeship at a shop. You just gotta get lucky or know someone in the industry to get one. That’s pretty much it.

My mom cried. Asked me if I knew for sure, how long have I known, etc. Then in the end said that she understands that it’s not a choice, it’s who I am, and that she loves me (strong Catholic family background). Dad, never really told him, not sure if he knows, we don’t have a strong relationship. Brothers/sisters support me to the fullest. Friends, not a bad experience yet! All were surprised, but all were ok with it. I have been blessed with amazing family/friends!
